MAKE YOUR HOUSE A HOME
Already have the essentials? This package brings your room to life with carefully curated finishing touches—art, lighting, plants, textiles, and adjustments—so your space feels cohesive and finished. Includes a one hour in-person initial consultation, a photo-based space assessment with a measurements checklist. We'll come up with a tailored shopping list of recommended items and I'll give styling guidance to implement the look you'd like to achieve on your budget.
Starting at $500 per space
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
The project will begin with an initial consultation, after which I’ll provide a scope of services and contract. You’ll provide your budget, apartment layout (floor plans and dimensions), and inspirational images. From there I'll research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials, place and manage all orders, fabricate or build custom pieces, and install anything as needed. I'll also handle painting where required and finish the project with styling to elevate the space’s intended final design.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Custom TV Frame - Price Varies Depending on Size: $200-250 (You can pick wood design, wood stain, and color finish).

Organizing/Closet Clean-out: $70/hr, minimum 4 hours (I will handle all trash and clothes donations).

Unpacking/packing a room/apartment : $70/hr, minimum 4 hours (You must provide packing materials I will need to use).
HOURLY SERVICES
Reliable, detail-oriented hourly services including: painting, furniture building & assembly, home organization and decluttering, installations (shelves, fixtures, hardwares), product research and sourcing, and other small repairs or handyman tasks. Professional tools and careful workmanship-included; travel and materials billed separately as needed.
$70/hr, 4 hour minimum
