Harlem Living Room

With such an open concept including the kitchen,  dining room, and living room all visible it was important to my client that each piece felt like its own individual space as it flowed together. Using pieces we already had like the blue couch, living room rug, and long dining table and chairs we felt an an additional pop of color was needed. Brining in orange bar stools in the kitchen matching colors within the living room rug really warmed up the space.

Next we painted a few non-traditional accent walls a gray color so there was some warmth from the white walls and ceiling without a drastic color change. The main living room wall was left blank as the family enjoy movies on the projector together.
