About Brianne

I grew up in Northern California where I was encouraged to be creative through writing, dance, and art. My competitive and focused side comes from years of training in soccer, track, and basketball. In college I studied technology, and used my creative side to help fund my education by creating artwork for my sorority sisters.

During Covid-19 I was able to stay with my parents for seven months in Southern Texas. They had recently purchased a 6k sq ft fixer-upper Spanish style home. Which was surprising since we had limited experience using power tools. I was excited for the challenge and room by room transformed our home. I started small by transforming a half bathroom and then a full bathroom. I installed shiplap and learned how to use a few power tools.  I then started painting, designing, and adding finishing touches to seven bedrooms (to include five different accent walls) making them their own unique spaces. I was excited for my workday to end as an engineer so I could get back to my diy projects. I knew then that I had found my true passion.

When covid ended I was looking for my next adventure and moved to New York City. I took a chance on an apartment sight unseen. And soon feel in love with the people, beauty, and culture. I was excited when the building super said feel free to make this space your own. I have really enjoyed making this space my own with paint, artwork, fabrics, and creative touches. Now I am looking to bring that same feeling to others. I have completed a few projects already and looking forward to many more.
